Letter from Principal Middleton

Dear Parents and guardians,

We hope this letter finds you and your family well-rested and enjoying the summer. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are excited to welcome your child to Daniel Jenkins Academy for what we anticipate will be a year full of growth, learning, and new opportunities.

Our first day of school for our students is August 12, 2025, and we are working hard to ensure a smooth and successful return for all students. Teachers and staff have been preparing classrooms, planning engaging lessons, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment for your child.

Here are a few important items to note as we begin the school year:

School Hours                                      8:00am-4:00pm

Orientation/Schedule pickup      Friday, August 8, 2025, 9:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-3:45pm

Supplies and Materials                  A list of supplies can be found on the website.

Transportation                                  First Student (please register students at home school)

Uniform Policy                                  Dress code information be found on the website.

Communication                               Please ensure the correct information is updated. We will continue to communicate through email, newsletters                                                                      and Zoom.
