I (student), ____________________________, understand the policies and rules of Daniel Jenkins Academy and the CharlestonCounty School District (CCSD) as they relate to CCSD’s Student Code of Conduct and Progressive Discipline Plan (PDP). Ourfamily received copies of the CCSD Student Code of Conduct and PDP during orientation. I agree to follow the rules and other information contained within the CCSD Student Code of Conduct. Additionally, I will abide by CCSD’s Electronic and Wireless Device Policy (pages 52-53 of the CCSD Student Code of Conduct).

I/we (parent(s) and/or guardian(s)), ______________________________, of the student named above have received and reviewed the policies and rules of Daniel Jenkins Academy and the Charleston County School District (CCSD) as they relate to CCSD’s Student Code of Conduct and Progressive Discipline Plan (PDP). Our family received copies of the CCSD Student Code of Conduct and PDP during orientation. I agree to support my child by helping him/her abide by the rules and policies contained within the CCSD Student Code of Conduct. I also agree to support open lines of communication with Daniel Jenkins Academy in efforts to support my child in every way possible. Additionally, I will emphasize the importance of my child abiding by CCSD’s Electronic and Wireless Device Policy (pages 52-53 of the CCSD Student Code of Conduct).
